H. Takaji "Harry" Kittaka, MD, has departed as chief transformation officer of Chillicothe, Ohio-based Adena Health System, theScioto Valley Guardianreported Dec. 21.
"I want to inform you that effective today Dr. H. Takaji Kittaka, Chief Transformation Officer, is no longer employed with Adena Health System," Adena President and CEOJeff Grahamwrote in a staff memo obtained by the newspaper. Mr. Graham didn't give details on the reason for the move or a possible successor.
An Adena spokesperson told theGuardianthe health system doesn't comment on personnel matters.
Dr. Kittakahad been in the role since 2013, according to hisLinkedIn profile.
